For Chloe
Hello friends! I am feeling a bit under the weather. Oh, nothing serious, just a touch of the flu. I’ll be all better before you know it.
Chloe, on the other hand, has been such a trooper! She has been feeling under the weather for a while now. But Chloe, we are all praying you will be good as new in no time! Here is a video to cheer you up.

Dear Renae,
since you became my blog-friend, you are also on my prayer list. I have remered the good Lord to take extra care of you and send you some chicken soup for your soul as well.
I reckon I’ve been heard.
A day or two in bed will only speed up the recovery, so just you relax, my friend.
I mention Chloe many times a day. Godd to hear that she is fighting back.

Jackie, I’ll be waiting! Do you think it will still be hot when it arrives? Oh, and could you use some of those fresh herbs that are sitting on your kitchen windowsill, please? (I’m a rather demanding patient, aren’t I? I must be feeling some better already . . . )
And Felisol, I’ll be waiting for your chicken soup as well. At this rate, I won’t have to cook for days! Thank you so much for your prayers. I’ll try to stay in bed, but you know how that goes for us moms.

When there was no post for the 10th, I said to myself, “I hope Renae is all right.” I’m glad to hear that it is nothing serious, and I hope that you will soon feel back to normal.
